Location: Flexible living locations across the United States and Canada; travel required for client engagements and team collaboration up to 30%

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD base annually; eligible for annual incentive compensation with total estimated compensation of $166,750–$212,500 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Define and document user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow implementations.
• Demonstrate out-of-box ServiceNow functionality across multiple modules.
• Support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions with technical leaders.
• Coach clients in developing and executing User Acceptance Test plans focused on end-to-end use cases.
• Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, deliverables, and Scrum standups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant in increasingly complex implementations, preferably with a ServiceNow Elite-level partner.
• At least six greenfield implementations involving multiple ServiceNow modules, including NowAssist and AI Agents; experience with CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC is preferred.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
• ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Business Process Analyst Professional badge is required.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid Waterfall/Scrum methods, ServiceNow Best Practices, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and effective verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Fundamentals training for multiple applications, especially CSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, or Enterprise Asset Management.
• Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training or additional ServiceNow micro-certifications.
