ServiceNow Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid; in-office three days per week in Saint Petersburg, Florida; Southfield, Michigan; or Memphis, Tennessee, United States

What you will do

• Manage stakeholders, collect requirements, and design solutions for business processes and applications.
• Define story acceptance criteria, metrics, and goals for assigned areas.
• Translate technical complexities for business owners and support scope, design, and implementation decisions.
• Coordinate communication between business owners and agile development teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies and represent business owner interests during sprint reviews.
• Maintain issue logs, schedule meetings, and document meeting outcomes when needed.

Requirements

• Background in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• At least one to two years of experience documenting and analyzing business processes through end-user agile stories.
• Ability to work with business owners, development teams, and leadership to establish clear requirements.
• Ability to work in the office three days per week at one of the specified United States locations.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer and Information Science, or equivalent required education.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FSO, ITSM, ITOM, IRM, or PRF processes.
• Scrum Master skills.
