Affiliate Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $55,000–$68,000 annually

What you will do

• Measure affiliate program growth against defined KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and departmental leadership on ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies.
• Prospect and identify targeted affiliate candidates and create personalized quarterly goals for existing affiliates.
• Manage sponsored and endorsed affiliates against their contractual expectations.
• Coordinate affiliate landing pages and predefined affiliate offers.
• Attend in-person events when required, including travel and event support duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development.
• Working knowledge of social media management, social media advertising, website and funnel building, and SEO.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to help users succeed with business software.
• Experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms is strongly preferred.
