Account Strategist (AdTech)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid

Salary: $75,000–$110,000+ annually, including base compensation and potential monthly bonus.

What you will do

• Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Research, plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across social and search platforms.
• Lead reporting calls, planning meetings, and client discussions using clear, persuasive insights.
• Configure product packages aligned with client goals and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, run split tests, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams while maintaining account notes, deliverables, timelines, and billing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and/or content creation.
• Ability to interpret campaign analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset, self-awareness, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
