What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Design and implement testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, financial statement guidance, business recommendations, staffing, billing, collections, and engagement profitability.
• Build relationships with clients, firm leadership, colleagues, and the local community.
• Mentor and coach associates while supporting their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required; a master's or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• At least five years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm.
• Two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, is preferred.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
