• Work with cross-functional product teams to support content-quality initiatives.
• Communicate observed trends that can help improve products and user experience.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly verbally and by email.
• Strong understanding of software programs, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Passion for the product and for maintaining a good user experience.
