Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python/Robot Framework)

Location: Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland; hybrid model with 60% office presence required

Rate: Up to 125 PLN/h net on B2B

What you will do

• Work in an Agile/Scrum team with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Test and validate microservices across complex payment flows involving APIs, Kafka, and databases.
• Analyze requirements from a testing perspective and design comprehensive test cases.
• Build and maintain automated test suites with Python and Robot Framework.
• Validate XML and JSON data formats and provide transparent test results and quality reporting.
• Contribute to testing activities and organizational quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with RESTful API testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong Python programming skills for test development and hands-on Robot Framework expertise.
• Experience with database and Kafka testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of manual and automated QA processes, with ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
