Annual base pay: PLN 124,000–230,300

What you will do
- Analyze business and functional requirements and derive comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Define and maintain master test plans covering testing strategy, scope, resources, and schedules.
- Execute manual and automated test scripts and document results, defects, and resolutions.
- Review test coverage, analyze results, and conduct risk assessments throughout testing cycles.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders across the SDLC.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to management and internal customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of the SDLC and STLC.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, API testing using Postman and Swagger, and validation of REST and SOAP services is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience testing applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Familiarity with database testing and data accuracy validation.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering practices.
