Senior Test Automation Engineer IV

Location: Remote, Krakow, Poland

Salary: 22,595–25,254 PLN gross/month on an employment contract, or 181–202 PLN net/hour on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Test large-scale data processing systems throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements through validation and deployment.
• Create, maintain, and improve automated test suites and framework components.
• Analyze and improve application efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Monitor and maintain QA CI pipelines and collaborate on continuous delivery enablement.
• Conduct root cause analysis, improve test coverage and maintainability, and provide solutions for complex issues.
• Collaborate with SDETs, project teams, and the QA Guild across frontend and backend domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• Strong Java skills with the ability to debug, modify, maintain, and improve automation framework code.
• Openness to working with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with test design techniques and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker, plus strong troubleshooting skills.
• Communicative Polish and English, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and experience in an agile environment.
