Manager, Client Accounting Services, Small Business

What you will do

• Oversee accounting and advisory services for multiple client companies.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and benchmarking.
• Maintain effective controls, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with the appropriate accounting framework.
• Provide business analysis, financial insights, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Coordinate client engagement teams and streamline workflows across offices and audit and tax functions.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff on client service, tax, and accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting functions.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Online is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or an MBA.
• Public accounting experience.
• Professional services or consulting experience.
