Senior Software Engineer (Developer Experience)

Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid work with office attendance on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays

What you will do

• Own and improve developer workflows from early design through project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to identify workflow pain points and implement practical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve reliability, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Design, build, maintain, and document internal developer tools.
• Improve coding standards, engineering practices, and software development roadmaps.
• Work on programmatic advertising systems processing hundreds of billions of real-time transactions daily.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Python and/or Go, including their tools, libraries, and engineering best practices.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams and products, preferably with GitLab.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience developing end-to-end web applications and microservices, including API architecture, coding, debugging, optimization, automated testing, and deployment.
• Experience building, maintaining, and delivering short-term and long-term technical roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, software architecture, algorithms, and design-pattern knowledge.
