TL;DR

Location: Onsite at the Tralee Park facility in Newark, Delaware, United States

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop inspection professionals in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure products meet quality requirements, customer specifications, and applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inspection activities, staffing, workflow, and performance metrics to support production schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams while maintaining inspection documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant manufacturing inspection, quality, or operations experience and demonstrated people leadership.
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, quality, inspection, or production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with quality systems, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty materials, semiconductor, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or similar improvement tools.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with staffing, employee development, and performance management.
