Digital Automation Developer I (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain low-code applications, reports, dashboards, automations, and AI-powered agents.
• Develop enterprise-grade solutions aligned with governance, security, and data standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data teams, quality analysts, and platform administrators.
• Deliver reliable, secure, and supportable solutions rather than prototypes alone.
• Create reusable components, documentation, and best practices to improve platform maturity.
• Analyze automation opportunities when needed.

Requirements

• Experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform or comparable low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with governed enterprise environments, beyond ad hoc personal applications.
• Exposure to AI-powered solutions, agentic agents, or conversational agents.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management concepts.
• This role is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship, including OPT.
