SharePoint / Power Platform Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid, at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region; U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

• Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions for federal human capital modernization.
• Build workflow automations, digital forms, knowledge management tools, dashboards, and business applications.
• Use Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
• Configure, test, maintain, and document solution components, deployment procedures, and support processes.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Support regulatory compliance, performance-based outcomes, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SharePoint and Power Platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Ability to independently execute complex deliverables with strong technical expertise.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required for designated positions.
