Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Elicit business requirements and translate them into technical and application specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions supporting automation, data capture, collaboration, and knowledge management.
• Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages for internal and external users.
• Create integrations across Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure, test, and document Copilot Studio and other AI-assisted solutions, including actions, knowledge sources, and user experience improvements.
• Support project requirements gathering, estimation, planning, governance, security, and solution supportability across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, relevant Microsoft certifications, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience developing Microsoft SharePoint solutions and 2–3 years designing Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or similar low-code solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, Microsoft 365 services, Power Apps formulas, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
• Fluent use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, prompt engineering, and agent use.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, data security, Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, PowerShell, and testing and documentation practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into application requirements and communicate effectively in a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, conversational or agent-based solutions, and Frontier agents.
• Knowledge of environment strategy, solution management, connection references, and Power Platform ALM.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Power BI, or DAX.
