Electrician Foreman (Industrial Refrigeration)

Location: Lyndhurst, Virginia, United States; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Supervise daily electrical team operations on the manufacturing shop floor.
• Coordinate wiring and installation of control panels, motors, sensors, and related electrical systems.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain workflow alignment with other departments.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Perform troubleshooting and functional testing while enforcing NEC, company, and safety standards.
• Support prefabrication for field construction, cross-training, and team development.

Requirements

• Licensed electrician with at least 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and other shop equipment; ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in changing shop conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, remain on feet for most of the shift, and perform repetitive physical work.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks; regular drug testing is required for this safety-sensitive role.

• Experience supporting fabrication teams in manufacturing or construction.
• Willingness to assist with insulation, welding, or painting when needed.
• Interest in mentoring and cross-training team members.
