RN Sr-Clinical Research-Midland, Tx (Oncology)

Location: Midland, Texas, United States. Full-time onsite position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no weekends, on-call shifts, or major holidays.

What you will do

• Work with physicians to identify and screen patients for clinical trial participation.
• Explain trial concepts and requirements to oncology patients and conduct the informed consent process.
• Assess patients for adverse events and changes in clinical condition.
• Educate patients and staff on the management and administration of investigational products.
• Maintain accurate and timely trial documentation and data entry.
• Coordinate with clinic departments to support proper trial conduct.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLCS or ACLS certification.
• At least seven years of nursing experience required for the Senior level, preferably in oncology.
• Strongly preferred: OCN certification; oncology or clinical research experience.
• Ability to handle and lift patients, stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
