Supply Chain - APAC Business Planning Staff (Semiconductor)

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Manage demand forecasts, actual demand, build strategies, and supply plans for third-party vendor products.
• Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance during constrained supply situations.
• Evaluate customer priorities, revenue impact, operational capacity, and cross-customer trade-offs to recommend recovery and fulfillment strategies.
• Track order fulfillment and provide supply status, risk updates, and recovery recommendations to sales, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, OSAT vendors, and business teams.
• Review inventory health, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, material substitutions, order quantities, and inventory depletion.
• Drive weekly and monthly supply reviews, continuous improvement, system optimization, cost reduction, and service-level improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or operations planning.
• At least 5 years of related experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or in a similar relevant position.
• Experience operating and controlling ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, people management, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, multitask, and operate proactively with minimal supervision.
