Striker (Retail Sales)

Location: Bogotá and surrounding areas, including Chía, Cajicá, Madrid, and other locations across Cundinamarca, Colombia

What you will do

• Develop a portfolio of hypermarket, supermarket, and impulse accounts across the assigned territory.
• Complete all allocated calls and maintain effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.
• Influence orders and maintain stock levels to ensure hirify.global products remain available and on display.
• Implement Perfect Store standards and improve the in-store presence of the hirify.global brand.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and ensure promotional compliance.
• Complete monthly administration accurately and implement head office agreements.

Requirements

• University degree and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, branded goods, or retail.
• Ability to build and manage effective business relationships.
• Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Understanding of the off-premise channel, including retail, impulse, and non-traditional channels.
• Commercial awareness, basic commercial mathematics, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with mobile Field Force Automation tools.
