Technical Marketing Engineer (TME)

What you will do

• Drive product quality, reliability, and customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable product improvements.
• Monitor and analyze warranty, telemetry, NPS, call-rate, and quality data to identify trends and risks.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and resolution of critical product quality issues and customer escalations.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams on corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate product quality performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing product quality, reliability, customer experience, and operational data.
• Ability to lead issue investigations, root-cause analysis, and escalation resolution.
• Ability to develop data-driven recommendations for improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, manufacturing, product, support, and operations teams.
• Based in Singapore for a full-time onsite role.
