AGGP2027 - Business Analyst (Commercial) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain databases, including data models, data collection, and data cleaning.
• Transform complex, high-volume data and business problems into clear insights, visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Use basic coding to merge, compare, and analyze data sets.
• Identify patterns and trends and provide analytical support to global Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Support, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify challenges and opportunities for analytics and automation.
• Contribute to the development of digital tools, automation, dashboards, and a commercial analytics Centre of Excellence.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduation or first professional experience in business analysis.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of professional development.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience or interest in CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
• Intercultural understanding and interest in data-driven innovation.
