What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform big data analysis and derive actionable insights for production implementation.
• Propose optimal solutions and quantify their potential business impact.
• Define control mechanisms to identify process anomalies and gaps using advanced analytics.
• Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems.
• Collaborate with multiple business functions and gain hands-on experience under senior mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering.
• 0–1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across complex stakeholder groups, manage priorities, and work independently under pressure.
• Ability to manage long-term projects while maintaining high-quality daily execution.
