What you will do

• Investigate business needs and operational issues.
• Monitor application production environments and analyze performance.
• Define business rules and support business testing.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise in application production monitoring and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with business investigations, testing, business rule definition, and technical documentation.
• Fluent English required.
