OneStream Lead Consultant (OneStream)

Location: Remote in the United States; Washington, DC

Salary: $85,910–$162,890 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy corporate and enterprise performance management solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and prepare design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Design OneStream infrastructure frameworks and develop solution roadmaps with client stakeholders.
• Build, test, and deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for OneStream solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy and efficiency through planning software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience, including advising commercial companies and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or financial close and consolidation.
• Ability to lead and mentor others and deliver high-quality client service.
• Leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with external clients and implementation using an ERP or EPM/CPM solution.
• OneStream Certified Associate certification.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
