Machine Maintenance-3rd Shift $3000 Retention Bonus (Mechanical/Electrical)

Location: Onsite in Townsend, Massachusetts, United States. Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Compensation: $28.00–$29.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan and a $3,000 retention bonus.

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Determine root causes of equipment problems and repair or replace damaged parts.
• Disassemble machines, adjust functional components, and restore equipment to specifications.
• Clean and lubricate parts, order replacement components, and inspect completed repairs.
• Adapt maintenance procedures, tools, materials, and equipment to meet special requirements.
• Support others in resolving complex maintenance problems and issues.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of machine maintenance experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of complex equipment.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and machine tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
