Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; full-time role with flexibility to work during US hours.

What you will do

• Implement, customize, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM modules according to business requirements.
• Develop technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, and HDL.
• Configure and audit Oracle HCM Security Profiles, Data Roles, Abstract Roles, and data-level access controls.
• Apply Oracle HCM AI and generative AI capabilities, including skills matching, candidate ranking, digital assistants, and automated career paths.
• Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, performance tuning, documentation, user guides, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align HCM solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience working with Oracle HCM applications in a techno-functional capacity.
• Proven expertise in RBAC, Security Console management, and data-level security for sensitive HR records.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM AI features, including skills-matching algorithms, automated candidate ranking, and AI-driven digital assistants.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, integration, and technical analysis skills, including REST/SOAP APIs and OIC concepts.

Nice to have

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud.
• Oracle Database or other relevant Oracle certifications.
