What you will do
- Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture using APIs and SOAP/REST services.
- Analyze, document, and clarify enhancement requests, business processes, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, IT professionals, end users, and business stakeholders.
- Support deployment, provisioning, source control, and continuous integration activities.
- Maintain system security, privacy, integrity, and compliance with SOC, SOX, and PCI policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical background.
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience with both Classic and Lightning.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Strong functional and system knowledge of Salesforce, including configuration, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with source control management, continuous integration/deployment environments, integrations, APIs, and deployment functions.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, or OmniStudio Developer certification.
