Analyst, IT – Global ERP Product Development (ERP): Supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of global ERP platforms and enterprise solutions with an accent on business process enablement, integrations, reporting, and automation. Focus on troubleshooting application issues, testing system enhancements, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting ERP initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

What you will do
- Support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP applications and related technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
- Develop and support reports, interfaces, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute test cases, supporting integration testing, UAT, and deployment validation.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow IT governance, cybersecurity, validation, change management, and regulatory processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP systems, application support, software development, or technology environments.
- Basic knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Human Resources.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise application support and IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of automation, reporting, or integration technologies.
