Electrical Engineering Intern (Fall 2026)

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States

Compensation: $21–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Gain practical experience through transportation engineering projects.
• Apply standard electrical engineering techniques and procedures.
• Complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist with multidisciplinary tasks and coordination.
• Participate in mentoring and young professionals' programs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.
• Preferred: two years completed toward the degree and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Local candidates are preferred.
