HRIS Deployment Lead - Time & Scheduling (Project Management): Deploying and testing new time and scheduling tools for Kraft Heinz Indonesia factories with an accent on global process templates, business requirements, and operational continuity. Focus on coordinating change and deployment plans, harmonizing pay and time policies, and measuring adoption and process effectiveness through key performance indicators.

What you will do
- Support the development of standardized “One Best Way” time and scheduling processes for Indonesia factories.
- Build detailed Business Requirements Documents and align process and technology solutions with project success metrics.
- Develop and execute change and deployment plans on time, within budget, and without operational disruption.
- Lead testing of new time and scheduling technologies and support adoption of new key behavior indicators.
- Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence, technology teams, process owners, and deployment leads on integrated solutions and policy harmonization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure process improvements and project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in managerial positions and HR-related system transformation.
- Experience with project management and change management.
- Deep functional expertise in global scheduling and time and attendance processes; production planning and site management experience is relevant.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement experience.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
