Project Coordinator (HVAC)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves customer interaction and collaboration with colleagues in the office.

What you will do

• Manage HVAC construction projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, procedures, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Review contracts and estimates, perform risk analysis, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate contractors, owners, subcontractors, installers, vendors, and assigned project staff.
• Manage materials, vendor orders, payments, project billing, collections support, cash flow, and resources.
• Maintain customer communication, resolve concerns, track project status, and obtain final customer sign-off.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HVAC, electrical, electronic, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a related HVAC role, preferably in the same position.
• Experience with multiple HVAC product categories, including chillers, airside systems, and unitary products.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of work commitment.
