Laboratory Technician, Air Lab

Location: Houston, TX, USA; onsite

Salary: USD 18–20 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare samples for analysis according to analytical SOPs after completing training.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate preparation instruments and equipment.
• Support validation and method detection limit studies when needed.
• Enter and maintain technical information and laboratory notebooks.
• Follow internal procedures, laboratory safety practices, and daily production requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Entry-level experience: 0–2 years in an analytical chemistry laboratory or prior hands-on work experience.
• Advanced English language skills required.
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lb.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in chemistry or a similar scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant analytical chemistry laboratory experience.
