Med Tech (Certification is Required) - PT - 2nd & 3rd Hybrid Shift - Assisted Living

What you will do

• Supervise and safely administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with MARs, TARs, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Count, receive, verify, store, reorder, reconcile, and discontinue medications while reporting discrepancies and supply issues.
• Provide personal care, activities of daily living support, and general nursing care, including vital signs, blood pressure, temperatures, and weights.
• Maintain medication carts, complete daily logs, prepare medical charts, and ensure records are complete within 48 hours for new admissions and readmissions.
• Respond to resident calls and concerns, notify supervisors as required, and participate in staff training and in-services.

Requirements

• Current Medication Technician certification is required according to state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one month of experience; senior living experience is preferred.
• Acceptable proficiency in English is required for job duties, communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Passion for helping seniors and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
