Biopharmaceutical Team Leader

Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is a contract laboratory providing analytical testing and research services across environmental, pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical sciences.

What you will do

• Lead the biopharmaceutical laboratory team, coordinating rotas, productivity, training, safety, quality, and documentation.
• Schedule analytical work from initiation through sign-off and manage online reporting in LIMS.
• Develop and authorise customer reports while ensuring testing timelines and customer requirements are met.
• Conduct laboratory analysis, review test methods for quotations, and resolve customer-related queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, documentation, training records, equipment maintenance, and inspection readiness.
• Identify and implement quality, service, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Honours degree in Biotechnology or a related bioanalytical subject.
• At least five years of experience in a GMP biologics laboratory.
• Experience coordinating, scheduling, and prioritising analytical work.
• Proven technical expertise and established leadership capability.
• Strong organisational, communication, accuracy, documentation, quality assurance, and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and formulate appropriate technical solutions.

Nice to have

• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
