Senior IAM Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead executive-level IAM and Identity Governance discussions with CISOs, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation deliverables.
• Supervise the implementation of RSA ID Plus and RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Design IAM/IGA use cases including SSO, JML, access requests, access reviews, role management, RBAC, SoD, and application onboarding.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consulting teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 9+ years of overall IT or cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA consulting and solution delivery.
• Deep knowledge of IAM and IGA concepts, governance models, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, APIs, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI, cloud platforms, and security integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, databases, and web-based applications including IIS, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Strong consulting, business analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Azure, AWS, or security architecture certifications.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, modern identity architectures, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of AI security, agent security, non-human identities, and AI security training such as AI-900.
