Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (IAM) (Microsoft Entra ID): Designing and improving identity systems and controls to protect personnel, applications, and data with an accent on Zero Trust architecture, privileged access management, and identity governance. Focus on automating identity workflows via Microsoft Graph, reducing manual processes, and strengthening non-human identity security.

Location: Onsite or Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia (Remote is not available)

What you will do

• Design and deliver improvements across Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Strengthen privileged access management (PAM), vaulted credentials, and non-human identity controls.
• Optimize IAM lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Automate repeatable workflows using Python, PowerShell, Go, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Evolve IAM services through monitoring, incident response, and participation in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and SOC teams to align identity controls with business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Conditional Access in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and phishing-resistant authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn).
• Proficiency in automation using Python, PowerShell, or Go.
• Experience with Git-based change management and peer review processes.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia, and able to work onsite/hybrid.

Nice to have

• Experience with BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, or other enterprise secrets management tools.
• Knowledge of Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Active Directory hardening and modernization.
• Ability to build AI-agent workflows for automation and operations.
