Security Support Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

What you will do

• Administer identity and access processes across enterprise applications, platforms, and directories.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver activities and lifecycle access for employees, contractors, third parties, service accounts, and privileged identities.
• Support authentication, authorization, and access controls across Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, and connected applications.
• Coordinate User Access Reviews, certification campaigns, attestations, governance metrics, and control documentation.
• Investigate access incidents, inappropriate access, orphaned accounts, policy violations, and segregation-of-duties conflicts.
• Contribute to identity automation, cloud migration, transformation initiatives, and Zero Trust adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, information security, or related IT disciplines.
• Experience with JML processes, User Access Reviews, access certifications, RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of workforce, third-party, non-employee, service account, and privileged identity management.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements in controlled environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, business information systems, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator SC-300 training and certification.
• Security+, AZ-500, SC-900, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments.
