Senior Associate, Business Development (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with in-office collaboration each week, typically four days per week

Base salary: GBP 47,300–68,433.33 per year. Annual commission target: 66%, subject to variation of up to ±15%.

What you will do

• Support territory and account planning for the Dutch and Belgian markets.
• Identify, generate, and qualify new B2B business opportunities.
• Conduct prospect, market, and account research and support outreach campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success teams.
• Help develop the market and generate pipeline across asset managers, asset owners, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, business development, inside sales, or a related commercial role.
• Relevant experience or demonstrated interest in prospecting, research, and lead generation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
• Interest in ESG and sustainable finance.
