Facilities Specialist - Carpentry

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; full-time on-site schedule, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.

What you will do

• Complete and assist with construction, drywall, and carpentry projects of varying size and scope.
• Respond to emergent repairs and perform routine and non-routine maintenance duties independently.
• Diagnose facility problems, suggest solutions, and use power tools to complete projects.
• Maintain supplies inventory and outside grounds.
• Support the supervisor and communicate effectively with client staff.
• Perform all activities safely and efficiently while working independently and within a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of general maintenance experience.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems.
• Effective communication, strong math skills, and ability to verify and approve work.
