What you will do

• Develop automated test programs for new product introduction, quality, and capability initiatives.
• Support product qualification, characterization, correlation, and production release.
• Implement scalable baseline hardware and software solutions for the broader test organization.
• Coordinate with product engineering and operations to enable production ramp and release.
• Support production yield improvement and customer-return quality activities.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and manage relationships with external technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing ATE tests for analog, digital, and mixed-signal products.
• Experience with COHU Diamondx, SPEA DOT800, Advantest V93K, or ETS364.
• Programming experience with C++, BASIC, Perl, and Python, including development of code templates and libraries.
• Experience testing IC chips or circuits with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and related tools.
• Proficiency with ATE instruments, PCB-layout parasitic reduction, hardware and test-program development, and analog product debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience debugging analog product communication protocols and memory.
• Willingness to travel 0–10%.
