Data Foundations AI Engineer Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States; relocation to Northwest Arkansas is required

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain data and software infrastructure for business-facing use cases.
• Deliver and support solutions throughout the application life cycle.
• Develop and improve CI/CD and DevOps practices for reliable, repeatable delivery.
• Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and development standards.
• Work directly with stakeholders and end-users to improve data-driven solutions and use emerging AI tools.

Requirements

• Ability to write and maintain code using technologies such as Python and SQL.
• Experience in data engineering with large datasets.
• Understanding of Azure, Databricks, Power BI Workspaces, and Copilot Studio within the P&G data and analytics architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Willingness and ability to move to Northwest Arkansas and work directly with the Walmart Customer Team.
• U.S. work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory, Pygentic, or PowerApps.
• Experience working in a high-performing Agile team.
• Application ownership experience.
