Manager Supply Planning (Manufacturing): Leading executable supply plans, production schedules, and material planning at a large toy manufacturing facility with an accent on capacity constraints, product availability, and cross-functional supply chain decisions. Focus on optimizing inventory health, capacity utilization, material availability, and contingency planning across manufacturing operations.
Location: Onsite at the Montoi manufacturing facility in Escobedo, Monterrey, Mexico
Salary: MXN 88,960–111,200 per month

What you will do
- Lead executable supply plans for building sets to support customer demand, business growth, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Direct material planning and supervise internal supply chain activities to prevent production stoppages caused by shortages.
- Establish and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity constraints and customer service targets.
- Partner with Sourcing and cross-functional leaders on new product introductions, supply chain risks, and network performance.
- Monitor service level, schedule attainment, inventory health, capacity utilization, material availability, and forecast consumption.
- Develop contingency plans and strategic initiatives to improve planning processes, analytics, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply planning, manufacturing, operations planning, finance, program management, product development, or related functions.
- Experience leading supply planning activities and executing supply chain strategies.
- Experience with manufacturing capacity planning, production schedules, material planning, forecasting, or network optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer products, the toy industry, or global manufacturing.
- Experience with supply chain optimization, scenario planning, and network design.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes in complex business environments.
