TL;DR
Junior Software Engineer (AI & LLM) (Fullstack/AI): Building end-to-end internal tools, automation platforms, data-driven products, and AI-enabled workflows with an accent on frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data integrations, and LLM capabilities. Focus on integrating RAG workflows and AI agents, designing multi-step tool-calling workflows, and delivering reliable features through testing, monitoring, and user feedback.
Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team

What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI/LLM components.
- Develop interfaces for internal tools, dashboards, AI assistants, automation workflows, and productivity platforms.
- Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, task workflows, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into assistants, RAG workflows, AI agents, classification, summarization, extraction, and issue analysis.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with product, operations, support, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, then iterate based on user feedback and usage data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid programming fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework, such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with at least one backend language or framework, such as Python, Go, Java, Node, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Express.
- Understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component design, state management, API integration, databases, authentication, asynchronous jobs, logging, monitoring, and service reliability.
- Real experience with LLM/AI applications and daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cline, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered products, internal tools, dashboards, workflow automation systems, or data-driven applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks and platforms.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, knowledge bases, or retrieval systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, incident analysis, DevOps, or SRE.
- Personal AI projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or production AI applications.
