International Commercial Manager (Orthopedics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Vienna, Austria; Zug, Switzerland; or Leeds, UK. Travel across the international region is expected at approximately 20%.

What you will do

• Design and lead new commercial operations capabilities, systems, and processes for the international Orthopedics business.
• Represent international commercial requirements in global systems and process development, including CRM and OTC capabilities.
• Partner with commercial excellence, sales and marketing, finance, and supply chain to integrate commercial operations into the DePuy Synthes operating model.
• Drive commercial integration with integrated business planning (IBP) and support best-practice sharing across international markets.
• Provide market-level execution support during new process and system deployments.
• Champion healthcare compliance, quality, and safety principles across the organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a continuous, proven track record.
• Knowledge of key business units in Orthopedics.
• In-depth knowledge of Orthopedics supply chain and IBP processes.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed, shared-service environment.
• Strategic thinking, financial acumen, adaptability, resilience, and strong business ethics.
