Salary: $116,100–$156,700 per year

What you will do

• Execute fixed income trades in line with established guidelines while minimizing market impact and transaction costs.
• Monitor market conditions, manage order flow, and communicate pricing and market developments to portfolio managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders on investment ideas and strategy implementation.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and controlled trade settlement.
• Maintain counterparty relationships to support trading execution and liquidity management.
• Follow trading procedures, risk controls, governance standards, regulations, and applicable securities laws.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fixed income trading or a closely related trading role.
• Strong knowledge of investments, fixed income instruments, market structures, execution techniques, industry practices, and the regulatory environment.
• Ability to assess market events, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions in dynamic conditions.
• College or university degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• FINRA Securities Licenses Series 7, 52, and 63 are required.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 53 license.
• Experience across multiple fixed income products.
