Post Trade Services & Risk Analyst (Derivatives Clearing)

Location: Chicago, United States of America. Work schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-6pm CST.

Salary: $70,000-$116,600 per year, plus annual target bonus and equity opportunity.

What you will do

• Support clearing member firms, customers, and business partners with hirify.global products and clearing systems.
• Monitor risk and systems for the Event Contracts suite during weekends.
• Assist with the launch of the US Treasury and Repo clearing service during the week.
• Escalate customer-impacting events, troubleshoot issues with technology teams, and deliver timely fixes within SLAs.
• Improve risk management practices and contribute to the Clearing House operational risk framework.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external market participants on clearing initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with listed derivatives, Treasury securities, Repo markets, or OTC products at a clearing house, FCM, or trading firm.
• Experience in securities clearing and operational risk management is preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
