What you will do

• Lead delivery for significant elements of cross-unit transformation programmes, owning integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, benefits, costs and risks.
• Hold business units accountable for delivery commitments and drive deviations to resolution.
• Implement the AI operating model and convert dispersed AI initiatives into a governed portfolio with clear owners, KPIs, business cases and capability requirements.
• Support the stand-up of the AI Hub, including its business plan, reporting rhythm, value baselines and cost baselines.
• Shape operating model design, process reengineering, capability building and AI-specific change approaches.
• Influence senior stakeholders and secure ownership across a matrix organisation.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex transformation workstreams or programmes across multiple functions or business units.
• Strong planning, governance and delivery discipline, with experience driving change through a matrix organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build genuine ownership.
• Commercial and financial acumen covering business cases, benefits, capital costs and operating costs.
• Confidence testing assumptions and presented data.

Nice to have

• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks or transformation delivery approaches.
• Experience delivering change management and adoption at scale.
• Knowledge of technology or telecommunications, including cloud, SaaS, AI and generative AI.
• Exposure to organisational design, process improvement or capability building.
• Experience preparing executive materials and balancing conflicting stakeholder priorities.
