What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated change strategies across programmes, portfolios, and projects.
• Create strategic narratives linking multiple initiatives and articulating business value.
• Drive adoption and usage of new systems, platforms, and processes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and define mitigation actions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Partner with HR on organizational design, role changes, and people impacts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Business Change or Change Management roles.
• Experience operating at a programme or portfolio level.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks such as ADKAR or PROSCI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end change delivery in complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Glasgow, Scotland.
