What you will do

• Guide assigned new small-account customers in the DACH market through initial setup and onboarding.
• Answer setup questions through chat, ticketing, email, and short calls.
• Run rescue calls for clients who are blocked or inactive during onboarding.
• Use AI tools and automated triggers to identify customers who need assistance.
• Keep CRM records updated and provide clear handovers to the wider team.

Requirements

• Enjoy solving customer problems and improving the client experience.
• Communicate setup instructions clearly in writing, short videos, and phone calls.
• Learn software tools quickly and show interest in AI and automation.
• Stay organized, proactive, and consistent with daily tasks.
• Native or proficient German is required, along with fluent English as the company language.

• Previous experience in Customer Support or Client Success.
