Location: On-site in Kirkland, Québec, Canada. The role is performed in a manufacturing and laboratory environment and requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand French and English. Candidates must provide proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status for Controlled Goods Program screening.

What you will do
- Perform incoming, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections for raw materials, PCB, PCBA, RF, and microelectronic components.
- Conduct microscopic visual inspections and precision measurements using IPC standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
- Collect inspection data, maintain ERP/MES records, prepare Certificates of Compliance, and manage traceability and serialization documentation.
- Identify and segregate nonconforming materials, initiate NCRs and corrective actions, and support root-cause investigations and MRB activities.
- Support supplier quality issues, internal and external audits, customer source inspections, and quality-related contract reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, train new inspectors, provide quality-risk feedback to Engineering, and support packaging and production-shipping targets.
Requirements
- Required vocational or technical certification in Electronics or Quality.
- 3–5 years of experience in PCB/PCBA, microelectronics, or RF manufacturing in an AS9100 environment.
- Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole assembly, RF components, electronic systems, and circuit functionality.
- Understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and GD&T interpretation.
- Skilled in microscopic inspection, precision measurement, and quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- French and English proficiency is required; Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status is required for controlled-goods screening.
